Thank you for choosing Bali at the Bay as your holiday retreat destination. Please read the terms and conditions below.

These terms and conditions apply to all online bookings with the exception of advanced Christmas bookings made more than 6 weeks prior to check-in date. Advanced Christmas bookings must be negotiated directly with the office of Bali at the Bay in the event that you do not wish to make full prepayment of the tariff.

Guest Refund Policy: Cancellations are accepted up until two weeks prior to arrival (a $100 administrative fee does apply). Cancellations within this 2-week period will forfeit 50% of the total tariff. No cancellations accepted within 7 days of arrival without forfeiting full tariff.

Minimum 2 night stay except for long weekends which are a minimum 3 night stay.

Six weeks of Christmas is a minimum 4 night stay.

Check-in 2.30pm with check-out 10.30am. Late check-out and other requests only by prior arrangement.

The advertised tariff applies to six people(A couples rate can be negotiated by ringing directly) with Additional guests are $50 per adult per night. Children aged 12 years or less are an extra $25 per child per night.

Pets are not allowed other than by prior arrangement. If the pet is accepted by the owner/managers an extra charge of $25 per pet per night applies.

No smoking indoors. Ashtrays are supplied on the outside veranda for external use only.

All linen and towels provided however please provide your own beach towels.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest or invitee of a guest if they are deemed loud or offensive in any way. The owner/managers have the right to ask unruly guests and/or their visitors to vacate the property immediately forfeiting their tariff. We do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property or effects brought onto these premises including motor vehicles.

By making a booking you accept these terms and conditions and authorise the owner/managers to charge the guest under the Innkeepers Act for any malicious damage to the premises, theft, applicable smoking fees, excessive cleaning costs or any other charges accrued in excess of $200.00 relating to their stay at Bali at the Bay.
